Project Management
As approved by the CIO, the Program Office staff will act as Project Manager for enterprise-wide projects. Examples of projects managed by Program Office staff include:
- BFS (Peoplesoft) Upgrade
- Campus Events Calendar Implementation
- Campus Imaging Project
- Identity Management

Consulting
Many individuals on campus manage projects within their own departments or in partnership with other departments. The Program Office is available to provide consulting to campus project managers. These services can range from reviewing project plans and other documents to facilitating planning sessions or lessons learned sessions. Please contact us for more information.
