Campus Imaging System

The campus is seeking a solution for imaging, document management, and workflow for several departments. These Departments include:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Business Contracts Office
Cashiering
Environmental Health & Safety
Extramural Fund (Contract/Grant) Accounting
General Accounting
Office of Marketing and Management of Trademarks
Payroll
Procurement Services
Property Management
Risk Management
Student Long-Term Loan Collection
Travel and Entertainment

Many of these departments are currently using PeopleSoft applications for their business processes. These include PeopleSoft 8.8 Procurement, PeopleSoft 8.8 AP/PO, PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS, PeopleSoft 8.8 Budget and Finance. Additional PeopleSoft applications such as E-Procurement may be implemented in the near future. It is essential that any imaging and document management system be able to leverage the campus software assets already deployed.

In addition to the departments mentioned above it is anticipated that a large number of additional departments will seek to implement compatible imaging and document management systems in the near future. The implemented system will be scalable and flexible to accommodate this growth.
