The Technology Program Office seeks to assist in and occasionally lead the planning and development of campus IT projects that advance teaching, learning and research; strengthen campus services; increase access to campus resources; develop new ways to work collaboratively. To meet this challenge, we had to ask some basic questions:
How can we help improve the planning processes for campus IT projects?

participants?

can we help the campus better manage the competing needs of a broad portfolio
